HOW A UNIQUE SHOE COMES INTO BEING
The creation of a custom-made shoe is a process halfway between art and craftsmanship: it requires attention, manual dexterity, and taste.
Elegance is not about being noticed, it’s about being remembered.
FIRST APPOINTMENT
Pleased to meet you
The first appointment’s aim is to get acquainted with our customer and his requirements: model, style, color, and type of leather.
This is when we lay the foundations for our exclusive and unique relationship, just like the shoes that will be created.
MEASUREMENTS
Let’s start by taking your measures
We will measure and assess your feet based on your preferences for support and comfort. Also talking about other aspects of the actual footwear that you would like to have made.
SHAPE
Unique for every client and unrepeatable
The last is made of wood, considering the measurements of the feet, the style of the footwear, and the toe shape.
The creation of the last is custom-made and is based on individual foot measurements.
PATTERN AND CLICKING
Tailor-made craftsmanship
The footwear model/pattern is made according to the wooden last, followed by the choice of leather type.

Assembling the upper
Craftsmanship from bygone days
Our stitching master will collect all the previously cut pieces and then stitch the upper.
MAKING
Your wish takes shape
This is the most important phase of the entire creation process; it’s when all the pieces that make up the shoe are taking shape: the leather parts, the preparation of the heel counter and the insole, the actual assembly, the arrangement, the swing of the welt, and lastly the sole.
STITCHING THE SOLE
Care for every detail
Once the parts have been assembled and the welt has been sewn, the next phase is to stitch the sole.
This moment requires care, attention, skill, and strength. The stitching is carried out by hand through precise and accurate techniques.
MAKING OF THE HEEL
The last detail
Once the sole has been stitched, the next phase is building the heel using refined, appropriate pieces of leather.
FINISHING
Almost ready to be worn
Finally, after many hours of dedicated work, the sole receives its final finishing, revealing its shape and distinctive character.
Specific tools are used for every single part of the sole finishing; when this has been completed, the shoe is ready for the final polishing.

Once the shoe has been completed, final polishing is carried out, concluding this long and strenuous process.
The shoe is now ready to be worn.
