This craftsmanship hands down a unique kind of art and knowledge, which is slowly disappearing due to the rapid production of industrial goods that are replaced just as rapidly as they are produced.
Learning this art means understanding the value of time, the importance of attention to detail, but most of all creating something that conveys self-expression.
Courses Details
A solid theoretical and practical knowledge
The shoemaking course will take place at our laboratory in Rome. It will be held by masters of shoemaking with many years of expertise, who are valued both in Italy and abroad. The course’s goal is the creation of handcrafted custom-made shoes, adopting traditional techniques acquired over the years by various Italian masters, and not only.
Learning to create handcrafted custom-made shoes requires a solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the adopted techniques. Only then will you be able to see your creativity take shape, resulting in a pair of unique shoes made entirely by yourself.
The course is reserved to maximum
4 students per semester.
TYPE OF COURSE
Intensive Course
Duration: 4 months
Who is it meant for?
Students/adults who don’t have any past experience, wish to learn the traditional techniques and do some practical work with the master shoemakers.

The dates and schedule will be arranged with the student.

Duration: 1 week
Who is it meant for?
Students/adults who wish to experience working next to master shoemakers during the assembly phase of a custom-made shoe, based on the model and leather chosen by the student.

The course will take place on the first day of every month.

Duration: 1 month
Who is it meant for?
Students/adults who wish to carry out a personalized course, according to their experience.
